The first 15 minutes after a workout drastically affects your recovery rate 🤸🏼‍♂️ For example, laying on the ground for 15 minutes after a workout, or hopping on a bike erg to cool down (if you pedal moderately, it will flush out the legs - but that's a post for another day! 😉)
