Best pieces of advice I give my nutrition clients:
1. Keep it simple
*Often times people confuse a great tasting meal as something that is very elaborate and fancy when in reality it only consists of a handful of ingredients!
2. Keep it colorful
* All of your micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) are found in your fruits and vegetables. Some micronutrients your body can produce on its own but only if it has the right "stuff" to begin with and that "stuff" comes from colorful foods.
