Percentage work! šŸ“ˆ Programming percentage work consistently helps to avoid strengthĀ plateaus. This focuses you to be dialed in to specific rep schemes, change up the stimulus, and be strategic in pushing your maxes forward!Ā šŸ‹šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø


An alternative to percentage work is building to 'heavy' or 'moderate'. This language is vague and can vary from week to week based on your perceived effort that day. šŸ’¬ Percentage work takes out any 'feeling' for that week and gives you a load you should be able to hit at the designated rep scheme. šŸ’ŖšŸ»


We use percentage work in both our individual programming and gym class programming!
