There needs to be an objective to EVERY workout you do!

ā”ļø Maybe some workouts are only body weight movements because you just got off of a heavy barbell cycle the last few days and
ā”ļø Maybe life got in the way for a few days or you're coming off of travel and need to do a sweat sesh to get back in the swing of things.
ā”ļø Maybe the workouts are designed to target your grip strength because that's an area where you're lacking!
ā”ļø Maybe it's designed to work on your pacing or consistency.
Etc, etc , etc
š¢ Whatever the case, listen when I say: There needs to be a purpose behind every workout you do to suit you and your goals and get you to the next fitness level! That's why you have deload weeks and peaking weeks.
